 IN-HOUSE SERVICEWe service/repair all makes of computers including Apple. We charge by how long we work on your system and also charge for any new parts and components we may need to replace. In most cases we begin with a standard 1-hour in-house service fee of $80 ($100 for MAC's due to their complexity). While the actual time involved may be longer than 1 hour due to the length of time some of the diagnostic programs take, we are only charging for the actual time we work directly on your system. After the initial hour, we will either have fixed the problem or know with reasonable certainty what the problem is and what it will take to fix it. We will then contact you and give you the available options and the associated costs and proceed only with your approval. We know how important your computer is to you. We work hard to provide the requested service to your system  as quickly as possible. We will be honest and forthright in our assessments. We want you to understand exactly what is required to repair your system and know all available options. We want you to make an informed decision! We will complete the necessary work in a timely fashion and stand behind what we do. |

ON-SITE SERVICE CALLS We need to stress that bringing your system to us when it needs service is the best (and quickest) way to resolve any problems. By bringing your system to us to us, we are saving you significant money and can have all the tools we need to fix your computer at our fingertips. When we come to you, the costs associated are much higher, and occasionally we find that the problem can not be fixed on-site and we need to bring your computer back to our office anyway. BUT We do realize that sometimes on-site calls are necessary and we are there for you if this is the best option. We will do everything in our power to schedule the calls as quickly as possible and resolve your problems fast. Whether it's in your home or your business, we will be there for you!
